A new way of planning
As I’ve mentioned in yesterdays’s post, I have started a new way of planning things – more like not planning things. It makes me live more in the present moment and enjoy what I do way more. There’s more flow in my days and more inspired action. However, how amazing this al seems, it is a big and hard change. For me at least.
By the way, I got this amazing Erin Condren Life Planner for the first time in my life and I am completely in love with it.

What changes in my way of planning?
First of all, I quit making 5 year plans and making plans beyond the year in front of you – in this case 2021. Most of you probably didn’t plan a couple of years ahead like I used to, but if some of you do – try to stop this now. It’s unhealthy, unnecessary and a waste of time. It never goes the way you plan it to go and you have to change your plans all the time, which is a waste of time even more.
Then, I quit forcing myself to do things. I try to keep my schedule as open and flexible as possible, so I can wait for inspiration to hit me and do the work in the best flow possible and the least possible resistance. Plus, be open to surprises and little magic moments.
Of course there will always be things we “have” to do, but try to do them at the best possible moment – when you’re inspired to do it and have the least amount of resistance.

To-Manifest List
This is a trick I got from Manifestation Babe, Kathrin Zenkina herself. Try to reframe our usual “to-do” lists and reframe it as your to-manifest list. This has a more positive vibe and it reframes the way you look at the things you want to do/accomplish. I try to plan as little as possible and fill in everything I did, after I did it. This way I can keep track of my own eb and flow.

Non-negotiables
I also created a non-negotiable list for my day-to-day and on this list there are several things that I want to do everyday. That, when I only do the things on my non-negotiable list, I would have an amazing and fulfilling day. On my non-negotiable list are things like; walking, meditating, moving my body, reading and much more!

Monthly/weekly habit tracker
And lastly, I started using a monthly and weekly list of things I want to do in that week or month. I make a habit list out of all of these things and just keep track of the list throughout my week and month. This way I know I do everything I want to do and do them when I want to do them – in stead of scheduling everything and forcing myself to do certain things on a certain date.

They are small changes, but definitely impactful.
The next post will be about how to live according to the Moon’s phases. In the meantime, follow me on Instagram to be noticed whenever I post something new!
Lots of Love,
Britt
